REV Group companies are leading designers and manufacturers of specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services, which serve a diversified customer base, primarily in the United States, through two segments: Specialty Vehicles and Recreation Vehicles. The Specialty Vehicles Segment provides customized vehicle solutions for applications, including essential needs for public services (ambulances and fire apparatus) and commercial infrastructure (terminal trucks and street sweepers). REV Group's Recreational Vehicles Segment manufactures a variety of RVs from Class B vans to Class A motorhomes. REV Group is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us hire the best salaried professionals across our corporate functions and manufacturing leadership roles. In this position, you’ll manage requisitions, balancing three critical priorities: creating a great candidate experience, supporting hiring managers, and delivering strong pipelines of qualified talent. Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer for corporate and manufacturing leadership positions. Build and maintain talent pipelines, using creative sourcing strategies to find and engage top talent. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and transparency. Partner with HR Business Partners and people leaders to advise on hiring needs, market insights, and best practices. Track and share results, ensuring quality hires while continuously improving recruiting processes. Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for a manufacturing organization preferred. Ability to manage 15–25 requisitions without sacrificing quality. Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks. Proven track record of partnering with leaders and influencing hiring outcomes. Knowledge of recruiting compliance and different recruiting technologies. What We Offer

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location is between $80,000 - $120,000. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role.
