Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices Compensation
