What Will You Be Doing? The Manager of HRIS & People Support oversees the management of the HRIS, Onboarding and People Support functions. As the Manager, HRIS Administration, you and your team will be responsible for system administration of the company’s HRIS system (UKG Pro), including all security and workflow administration, while maintaining the employees’ electronic employment records in our HRIS system, generating HRIS reports, maintaining SOX compliance and implementing necessary system upgrades to our HRIS system. These teams are the main point of contact for employment-related inquiries from new hires and current employees. In the Onboarding and People Support capacity, you and your team are responsible for entering new employees’ information into our HRIS, helping employees transition from one position or project to another, maintaining data integrity and gathering feedback from employees about their experience to identify areas for improvement in our onboarding process. Your teams will also welcome new hires and provide them with all the necessary information, documents, and other employment-related materials, including all badging related activities, to set them up for success as new employees. Essential Functions

Subject matter expert and responsible for all system administration of UltiPro HRIS including, all security and workflow administration. Responsible for upgrades, enhancements and lifecycle support. Partner closely with Benefits, Payroll and Recruiting teams for all HRIS related projects and improvements. Administer and maintain Manager and Employee self-services and processes. Optimize functionality within applications while developing procedures and routines to validate data stored in various HR databases. Assist in developing procedures to verify correctness of data input into various HR databases. Main contact for all SOX and audit related projects and compliance. Maintain documented procedures. Manage the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring that they have a positive onboarding experience, reviewing and inputting accurately while maintaining correct documentation and accurate electronic employee records. Develop a team focused on providing exceptional customer service to employees, contractors and new hires in areas related to their employment experience. Work with the Learning & Development team to ensure that new hires are scheduled for new hire orientation facilitated by a member of the Learning & Development team. Identify and implement appropriate technology solutions focused on employee self-service. Ensure data accuracy of employment records, including auditing data as necessary; ensure processes and policies align with data accuracy needs. Facilitate the transfer of employees from one position/work location to another from a systems standpoint. Work closely with the Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure that they have the necessary employee data to provide timely and accurate payroll and benefits. Support a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to develop and implement new and more efficient ways of doing business. Identify, create and disseminate regular and ad-hoc reporting on employee data for members of leadership and develop and engage a team of HRIS professionals. Other Functions

Manage special projects and committees as needed. Serve as an internal consultant for the company. Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an HR Onboarding Manager, HRIS Manager or a similar role Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field Demonstrated experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred; experience with similar HRIS systems required Ability to maintain and protect confidential information in a dynamic environment Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to make quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment Experience with a unionized workforce preferred Proficiency in MS Office programs Strong time-management and organizational skills Availability to travel up to 10% of the time Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Competent in interpersonal communications, collaboration, critical-thinking and problem solving Moderate to advanced computer application “user” skills such as database, spreadsheet applications and PowerPoint presentations Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects and priorities Proven ability to communicate clearly with persons in all levels of the organization (written and verbal) regardless of the message Equipment Operated

Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer Will have several different environments to work in including normal office, or conference rooms. Extended working hours in accordance with operational needs. Must be willing to work long and odd hours during start-ups and changes or transition periods within the company Physical Effort

General Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments. Salary Range: $100,104 - $132,870.
