Responsibilities
Lead a team of two HR Managers to provide the full range of HR support to a total of 500+ employees (and growing) at two of the company’s non-union manufacturing plants located near Paris, TX.
Work closely with plant leadership.
Coach and mentor the HR Generalists.
Qualifications
4+ years of HR experience.
Experience supporting two or more manufacturing plants simultaneously.
Leadership experience.
Manufacturing industry experience.
Creative/innovative mindset.
