WELL ESTABLISHED and GROWING company is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Partner to help take their L&D function to the next level.
SUMMARY
This is an individual contributor role that will be a key member of the company's L&D team
Will design, develop, and implement a variety of learning processes/programs
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in L&D and/or talent management
Strong strategic experience designing, developing, leading, communicating, and implementing various L&D and/or talent management initiatives, projects and processes
Very knowledgeable of Instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
Experience with companies of 5,000 or more employees
Bachelor's degree
