LPN/RN will provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments, and promotion of team approach to resident care. This position also provides support to Resident Care Specialist/CNAs with resident care and charting. Responsibilities
Administer and document medications given Perform treatments and assist physicians Observe, record and report observations Assess resident needs and provide care Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Licensed as Registered Nurse Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently. Rate of pay based on Experience. Schedule
Part-time 2:30p-11:30p 5 Shifts Available Hourly rate based on experience $1.50 additional per hour for evening & night shifts Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule Benefits
