This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
We are seeking a
Solution Architect
to play a critical role in our sales organization. Acting as the technical partner to our Sales team, you will help prospective clients understand the power of the Advisor360° platform and design solutions that meet their business needs. You’ll combine deep product expertise, strong communication skills, and financial services knowledge to influence buying decisions and ensure successful solution design during the sales cycle. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll be trusted as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor. Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Directors to understand prospect business goals and tailor Advisor360° solutions to address them. Lead technical discovery sessions with executives, advisors, and IT teams to uncover requirements and map them to platform capabilities. Design solution architectures, integration strategies, and workflows that demonstrate the value of Advisor360°. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate business impact and ROI. Act as the “voice of the client” to Product and Engineering, providing feedback on market trends and prospect needs. Support RFP/RFI responses with technical expertise and solution narratives. Build trusted relationships with prospects and serve as their go-to expert during the evaluation process. Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to onboarding. Requirements:
7+ years of experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting (preferably in SaaS or fintech). Strong background in wealth management, broker-dealer, or financial services technology. Proven ability to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and influence senior decision makers. Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills — able to make complex technology simple and compelling. Experience with system integration, data flows, and API-driven architectures. Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with Sales, Product, and Technical teams. What We Offer:
