Overview Advisor360° is a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space that helps wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve clients. The Solution Architect acts as the technical partner to the Sales team, designing solutions that meet prospect business needs and demonstrating platform value during the sales cycle. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our Needham, MA headquarters.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Sales Directors to understand prospect business goals and tailor Advisor360° solutions to address them.

Lead technical discovery sessions with executives, advisors, and IT teams to uncover requirements and map them to platform capabilities.

Design solution architectures, integration strategies, and workflows that demonstrate the value of Advisor360°.

Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate business impact and ROI.

Act as the “voice of the client” to Product and Engineering, providing feedback on market trends and prospect needs.

Support RFP/RFI responses with technical expertise and solution narratives.

Build trusted relationships with prospects and serve as their go‑to expert during the evaluation process.

Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre‑sales to onboarding.

What You Bring To The Table

7+ years of experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting (preferably in SaaS or fintech).

Strong background in wealth management, broker‑dealer, or financial services technology.

Proven ability to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and influence senior decision makers.

Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills — able to make complex technology simple and compelling.

Experience with system integration, data flows, and API‑driven architectures.

Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.

Compensation and Eligibility The estimated base salary range for this position is $179,000–$207,000. Salary and benefits information are subject to change based on market data and company policy. We are unable to sponsor employment visas at this time.
