About the Role
We’re looking for a high-potential BizOps candidate to work cross-functionally across the team. You’ll be the go-to person for solving problems, closing gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with broad exposure to all areas of company building. What You’ll Do:
Work on tech and product operations (i.e. quality assurance of our agents)
Help create and refine workflows to keep the team efficient and effective
Handle relationships with partners and third party service providers
Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for the leadership team
Jump in wherever needed and see projects through to completion
Who You Are / Must-Haves:
2–4 years of experience in operations, product ops, or a related field
Ready for a fast-paced environment—you’re energized by challenge
Clear communicator who can handle sensitive information with maturity
Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
Proactive and always willing to learn
Graduated from a Tier 1 university
Strong organizational skills
