Overview
Red River is seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement AI and data analytics solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will understand AI architectures, ML frameworks, cloud AI platforms, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs and technical execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions and identify growth opportunities. The AI Solutions Architect will define AI architecture strategies, design reference architectures, and ensure AI deployments align with industry best practices and compliance standards. The role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible mission and business value. Primary Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Technical Support: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define AI solution offerings, conduct customer demos, and support proposal development. Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand business challenges and provide AI-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making and automation. Technical Strategy: Define AI best practices and technical roadmaps that align with Red River’s AI growth strategy and customer needs. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: Work closely with OEMs, cloud providers, and AI partners to drive Red River’s AI initiatives. Solution Development: Design end-to-end AI solutions, integrating cloud platforms, edge AI, data pipelines, and AI model lifecycle management. AI Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable AI architectures that support ML, NLP, computer vision, and data analytics solutions. Compliance & Security: Ensure AI solutions comply with FEDRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, NIST, and RMF. Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, generative AI advancements, and ethical AI considerations to keep Red River at the forefront of AI adoption. Thought Leadership: Serve as an AI subject matter expert and industry evangelist, providing insights at conferences, webinars, and industry events. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data analytics solutions. Proven track record in designing and implementing AI/ML architectures in cloud and on-prem environments. Experience in data engineering, cloud technologies, and MLOps best practices. Strong background in data security, governance, and compliance within AI-driven solutions. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in or supporting U.S. Federal Government AI initiatives is highly preferred. Diverse background including Federal, DoD, and US Public Sector experience. Active or ability to acquire/maintain Top Secret Clearance preferred. Basic Qualifications
