Key Responsibilities:
•
Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching of technicians
•
Handle incoming customer calls, book appointments, and provide updates
•
Maintain excellent customer service from start to finish
•
Monitor job progress and adjust technician schedules in real time
•
Use ServiceTitan software to manage scheduling, invoicing, and job flow
•
Ensure accurate data entry, job notes, and customer records
•
Manage office supplies, documentation, and administrative tasks
•
Generate daily performance reports and assist with operational planning
•
Foster a positive and team-oriented office culture
Requirements:
•
2+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or office management (home service industry preferred)
•
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
•
Experience with dispatch or CRM platforms (ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus)
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•
Customer-first attitude with a proactive mindset
•
