As a Product Owner in the Enterprise Corrections Suite, youll work on impactful products that support justice system stakeholdersfrom facility staff to incarcerated individuals and their families. Covering jail administration, inmate management, commissary, and communications, youll partner with clients, teams, and stakeholders to create solutions that solve problems and drive adoption. HYBRID WORK POLICY: The candidate is required to come into the Plano, TX or Brentwood, TN office at least 3 days per week. Work with our integrated solutions that help courts and public safety organizations of all sizes better protect and serve the public. By helping provide solutions that improve efficiency and response time, you can help serve our citizens and make communities safer. Location

Work closely withproductmanagers and business teams to create and maintainproductbacklog according to business value or ROI. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns withproductstrategy. Develop detailedproductfeature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant teams. Responsible for the design requirements and documentation with foresight for the future maintainability and growth of the software. Ensure use cases and technical specifications meet business needs. Proactively listen to client feedback and determine the best way to solve the problem. Helps cultivate and promote a vision for movingproducts forward Lead theproduct-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Responsible for launching new releases to the organization and ensuring successful adoption acrossproduct-line teams. Collaborate internally to effectively communicate features and changes to clients and the potential effect on their business processes. Collaborate to develop strategies to effectively roll out and support changes to theproductarea in the most accurate and cost-effective manner. Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint/release goals. Serve asproductambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. Influence plans and strategies to achieve the objectives, including publishedproductroadmaps that will articulate theproductdirection to both internal departments and external customers. Influence priorities of department work. May provide sales support by assisting in responding to RFPs as well as potentially performing on-site demonstrations. Proactively communicate with senior management on theproducts performance, any major issues with theproducts or any changes in the market or competition related to theproductarea. Contribute to the advancement of the team environment through integrity, leadership, and continuous knowledge transfer. Create and maintain relationships with key personnel to validate requirements and be informed about upcoming changes/additions Constantly be in a mode to recommend solutions and solve problems. Complete tasks with minimal direction. Partner, communicate, and negotiate to gather requirements and communicate effectively Maintain composure under pressure and accurately access and resolve problem situations. Occasional travel may occur. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager A minimum of 7 years of experience in software or related experience including but not limited to writing and documenting client specifications. Proven track record influencingproductdirection. Highly advanced knowledge of Agile SCRUM development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies helpful. Keen attention to detail. Excellent planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills involving communicating technical and non-technical information in writing and verbally. Knowledge and experience with data modeling, relational databases concepts, and understanding SQL queries. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team as well as across functional groups. Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to travel occasionally if requested. State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $76,075 - $100,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
