Take full ownership of awarded projects from kickoff to closeout Manage subcontractors, schedules, procurement, and communications Lead project meetings and oversee all documentation and quality control Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery Travel as needed to project sites (typically once a month for 2 days) MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

3-7+ years in commercial construction (Retail experience strongly preferred) Proven success managing

nationwide

projects Ability to lead projects without an on-site superintendent Highly organized with top-tier communication skills Experience with fast-paced, high-expectation environments Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project If you thrive in tight-turnaround environments and know retail construction inside and out, we want to hear from you.
