Sr. Pricing Analyst

Design and maintain comprehensive pricing models for diverse customer segments, incorporating market dynamics, cost structures, and competitive positioning. Collaborate closely with the Estimating team to support pricing decisions and provide financial insights on unique or complex jobs. Review and validate operational assumptions embedded within pricing models, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to verify cost inputs and capacity constraints. Develop and implement tools and processes to track actual job performance against initial pricing estimates. Prepare comprehensive margin performance reports with actionable insights for senior leadership. Create detailed pricing grids tailored to various fill sizes (ml) and minimum order quantities (MOQ) across different product categories. Support new product launches with appropriate pricing frameworks and go-to-market strategies. Provide data-driven pricing analyses to assist with contract negotiations and strategic accounts. Collaborate with Sales to align pricing strategy with market dynamics and customer expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience working with cross-functional teams including Estimating, Engineering, Operations, and Sales Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools a plus Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
