Description As the Pricing, Sr. Analyst/Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing pricing guidelines for our products. You will closely monitor the market and develop strategic pricing plans to ensure competitiveness while maximizing revenue and profitability across our product portfolio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Pricing Strategy Development: Develop strategies for new and existing products, considering market dynamics, competitor pricing, and product positioning. Pricing Analysis: Conduct detailed pricing analysis, including optimization, segmentation, and profitability assessments. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements such as MFN clauses, shelf stock adjustments, and WAC changes. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes affecting the pharmaceutical sector. Ability to work with large datasets and knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical industry are required. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align and implement pricing strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like ASP, Gross Margin, and Revenue to evaluate and optimize pricing strategies. Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements and automation in pricing analysis and decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3+ years in pricing analysis or strategy within the generic pharmaceutical industry. Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing modeling. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; experience with pricing software or ERP systems is a plus. Knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing regulations. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
