The Role Were hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in designing and delivering the core platform. Youll build tools and features that sit at the intersection of product and engineering everything from candidate-matching algorithms to internal automation and recruiter-facing workflows. Youll collaborate with cross-functional partners, ship iteratively, and own initiatives end-to-end in a product-driven environment.
