Overview:
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and professional Property Administrator
to join a commercial real estate team in
Plano, TX . This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of a
three-building commercial office portfolio . The ideal candidate will bring excellent administrative skills, a basic understanding of accounting, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls; greet tenants and visitors professionally Manage incoming and outgoing mail Create and assign work orders from phone and email requests Maintain tenant and vendor
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files Serve as liaison between tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers Support tenant relations and escalate concerns as needed Assist with move-ins/move-outs, lease documentation, and signage coordination Help prepare annual budgets and assist with variance reporting Order and monitor office supplies within budget Qualifications: 2 years of property administrator experience. Experience
in commercial real estate (office properties preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of property operations, leasing, and basic safety protocols Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with
Yardi
and/or
Angus
