Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting and case management software
  • Process trust account deposits and disbursements in compliance with firm procedures
  • Upload and organize financial documentation, including deposits, approvals, and receipts
  • Communicate with internal team members to ensure documentation accuracy
  • Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
