Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting and case management software Process trust account deposits and disbursements in compliance with firm procedures Upload and organize financial documentation, including deposits, approvals, and receipts Communicate with internal team members to ensure documentation accuracy Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed What You Need

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills What You Get
