As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire furniture installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll coordinate with clients, manage installation teams, and handle documentation and workflow management. Projects will often involve products like Steelcase cubicles, Herman Miller chairs, and Teknion workstations.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage installation projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
Supervise installation teams, providing direction and support.
Handle documentation, including project plans, schedules, and client communications.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the installation process.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to visit job sites as needed.
Occasional lifting and moving of furniture items.
Required Skillsets:
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
Experience with systems office furniture and project management.
Knowledge of floor plans and furniture layout.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
Valid driver's license and clean background check.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Hours:
Full-time position with 8-12 hour shifts.
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and overtime as needed.
