The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen our month-end close process, manage complex reconciliations, and bring clarity to multi-entity accounting. This role is critical for ensuring accuracy in board-level financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will focus on Inventory and Fixed Assets in the early months while building a foundation for broader responsibilities across consolidations and intercompany.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Accountant

  • Manage prepaids, accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the books and timely month-end close.
  • Own inventory accounting across multiple entities, ensuring proper costing, reserves, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee fixed asset management, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation schedules.
  • Support intercompany transactions and eliminations across a parent company and subsidiaries, with the ability to scale as more entities are added.
  • Apply ASC 842 lease accounting to ensure compliance with liabilities reporting.
  • Ensure AR/AP processes are properly documented and supported, without handling day-to-day processing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver accurate, representative financials for board presentation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive general ledger accounting experience, with a focus beyond AP/AR.
  • Hands-on experience with Inventory and Fixed Assets in multi-entity environments.
  • Knowledge of lease accounting (ASC 842) and depreciation schedules.
  • Strong Excel and ERP skills, adaptable to new systems.
  • A proactive, communicative, and assertive approach—you’re not afraid to ask questions, dig into data, and normalize results for analysis.
  • Ability to apply past experience while adapting to the company’s processes and systems.

Why Join as a Senior Accountant?

  • Direct impact on financial reporting and operational decision-making.
  • Exposure to multi-entity consolidations, inventory management, and board-facing reporting.
  • Career growth in a dynamic company that continues to expand.

Senior Accountant applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
