Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $30 per hour (W2)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support an executive and their team in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, coordinating communications, and preparing reports and presentations. The successful candidate must be adaptable, resourceful, and able to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive and their team. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls and video meetings. Plan and book travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations. Handle incoming calls and visitors with professionalism and discretion. Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentation materials. Maintain confidential records and files. Track and process expense reports. Assist with various projects, conduct basic research, and compile data for reports. Serve as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external contacts. Maintain office organization and support daily operations. Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelors degree preferred Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong calendar management and scheduling skills Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Highly adaptable and collaborative team player Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including formatting, table creation, and mail merges Familiarity with general office procedures such as filing, correspondence handling, and expense tracking Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent telephone etiquette Demonstrated discretion, tact, and good judgment in handling confidential information Experience supporting senior-level executives is highly desirable
