Job Summary
As a
Data Entry Assistant
at StrataBuilt, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our data systems. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information in our databases and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets Verify data for accuracy and completeness Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks Maintain confidentiality and security of all information Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies Follow data management protocols and company procedures Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy) Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, or project management tools Previous experience in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment What We Offer
