We're looking for a meticulous and organized

Data Entry Coordinator

to support our team. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across multiple systems and databases. The ideal candidate is a fast and precise typist with a keen eye for detail and the discretion to manage sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately into internal databases and systems Review data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and verifications Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Generate reports and summaries based on collected data Communicate with internal departments to clarify information as needed Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Familiarity with data entry software and database systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong written and verbal communication skills
