All that we're missing is you. Apply today! About the role This role is embedded within a fast-paced Human Resources Department and reports directly to the HR Operations Manager. It provides strategic and administrative support to the broader HR organization, including the CHRO. The pay for the primary location of this position is: $26- $29/hr. Work Location: Florham Park, NJ Work Schedule: 3 days in office 2 days from home What you will do :
- Responds to general HR requests including requests for documentation, reporting such as organizational charts, Sustainability report data, etc.
- Consolidates/manages presentations for various forums involving HR Leadership Team, including talent reviews, HR Town Halls, etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures. Works with COEs/SMEs to ensure policies are up to date.
- Coordinates with compliance vendors, including PosterGuard.
- Acts as the main HR point of contact for the commercial teams for supporting data needed for customer surveys.
- Manages HR intranet site, SharePoint and other central repositories for documentation.
- Supports talent management team with training programs including logistics, communications, supplies, etc.
- Coordinates compliance projects/activities that require input from various COEs/SMEs.
- Provides Admin support on HR Transformation Team systems (LinkedIn Learning, Peakon, etc.).
- Supports administration activities, such as invoicing, partnering with other departments including A/P, Genpact, Procurement, etc.
- Supports other initiatives and projects for HR organization as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2 years of experience in HR/Administration
- HRIS platform experience a plus
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills in Excel and Power Point
- Team Player
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently, utilizing creativity and problem-solving skills to yield results
