Manager, Strategic Account Manager International Seller Marketplace

You will be responsible for growing GMV sales for Walmart's e-commerce marketplaces. You will generate growth by providing strategic advice to cross border Sellers in order to develop their business in Walmart's international marketplaces. This role focuses on building trust through win-win relationships with third party Sellers driving engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs. You will work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve Seller experience. You will be entrusted with developing a book of business by executing a consultative sales approach that drives Seller growth and acting as Seller advocate troubleshooting Seller issues with internal teams and external partners. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers from the Sellers to drive feature adoption and growth. To drive Seller performance, you will foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams. Your role will be key in executing Walmart's cross border trade e-commerce strategy. You'll sweep us off our feet if you're seller obsessed and relationship driven. You have a track record of developing partnerships. You thrive in constantly evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environments. You have a proven track record of taking ownership that produces exceptional results. You have previous experience selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions. You have experience in cross border or international ecommerce. Nice-to-have: Spanish or Mandarin Speaker. You'll make an impact by managing and executing growth plans against your book of business. Manage a book of business of accounts across key categories. Drive and exceed Seller revenue growth goals for your book of business. Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining high quality outputs. Create & deliver compelling value propositions through a consultative selling approach, clear communication, problem-solving oriented, and utilize data to drive actionable insights. Building relationships with key decision makers. Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations. Driving new partner success. Oversee the onboarding process for new strategic sellers, understand Sellers' goals, decision-making processes, and success metrics. Develop initial targets and action plans that accelerate item setup and improve offer quality and discoverability. Advocating for the platform. Champion and evangelize our platform and its evolving capabilities to prospective sellers. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services. Being seller obsessed. Listen to seller feedback, challenges, and needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the platform and experience. Thinking creatively. Explore and innovate! Develop and test new partnerships or services that create shared value for sellers, customers, and Walmart. Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 3 years' experience in Business Management, Outbound sales, eCommerce Merchandising, or a related area. Experience completing cross-functional projects, experience in marketplace third party Seller Success (Farmer), strong organizational skills, strong influencing and interpersonal skills, detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. Minimum Qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area. Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
