ResortPass is redefining what it means to be a guest at a hotel by offering day access to luxury hotel experiences, including pools, private beaches, spas, and more. We partner with hotels and resorts to connect guests with relaxation and luxury in their own neighborhoods. We are backed by Series B funding and are building a new category of hospitality. About the Role: As Lead Product Manager - New Ventures, you will launch new ResortPass categories, starting with Spa. You will oversee end-to-end product development across both sides of the ResortPass marketplace to help guests enjoy unique experiences while enabling hotels to unlock new revenue streams and optimize operations. You will deeply understand user needs, shape product strategy, and collaborate with a world-class team of designers, engineers, and marketers to deliver high-impact features. This role offers the experience of building zero-to-one with the resources of a well-funded company. You will report to the VP of Product and work closely with design and engineering teams, with significant interaction with senior leaders. The role is located in or near NYC and requires in-person work at our NYC headquarters. The base salary is $185,000 - $210,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to bring new categories to market on the ResortPass platform Own the category strategy, roadmap, and execution of product features across both sides of the marketplace (guests and hotels) Deeply understand customers through qualitative interviews and quantitative analyses to continually iterate and improve the product experience Drive and be accountable for revenue and engagement metrics for a ResortPass category Your Experience
