ResortPass is redefining guest experiences by offering day access to luxury hotel experiences, including pools, private beaches, spas, and more, in users\' own cities. We partner with leading hotels and resorts to provide relaxation and recharge experiences for our guests. ResortPass is seeking an experienced Consumer Product Manager to help build ResortPass into the leading destination for relaxation and recharge experiences, from a day at the pool to a day at the spa at a 4- or 5-star hotel. You will drive significant innovation and growth through our marketplace site and mobile apps. This role reports to the VP of Product and collaborates with design, engineering, and marketing teams to reach and convert customers and deliver meaningful business impact. You will work with senior leaders, including the CEO, VP of Engineering, and VP of Marketing, in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. This position is based in NYC and requires in-person work at our Union Square headquarters. The base salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience. What you\'ll do

Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to build features that drive conversion, engagement, and growth from ideation through design, execution, launch, outcomes, and iteration Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our consumer strategy and roadmap in partnership with the VP of Product, by managing standups, sprint processes, and high-level communications with leadership Understand customers through dogfooding, data analysis, and qualitative research to continually iterate and evolve the product experience Run continuous experiments to uncover insights and improve conversion and engagement Define and drive improvements in conversion and growth metrics, owning and expanding the key product conversion and growth loops of the business Your experience

We believe in a holistic approach when evaluating talent and post new roles often, so if this role isn\'t quite right, we still want to meet you! 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex products and features from concept to launch Experience with rapid A/B testing in a high-performing consumer product function Deeply quantitative with the ability to deconstruct a funnel, define, and calibrate target metrics Ability to map and evaluate experimentation areas and prioritize at the category level based on business impact Strong research skills to understand customers and make informed decisions based on success metrics Experience operating as a cross-functional leader in ambiguous situations Mastery of data and product tools including JIRA, Amplitude, Looker, etc. Scrappy, motivated problem solver who doesn\'t wait for direction A collaborative, values-driven mindset to build an incredible culture for employees Bonus points if you have:

Deep knowledge of SQL Entrepreneurial experience Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO Familiarity with marketing technology and tracking tools Experience in travel or marketplace products
