Property Administrator
Our client is seeking a
Property Administrator
to join their team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role where you will support the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in maintaining and enhancing
our client's
commercial real estate portfolio. Your Responsibilities: Property Operations:
Assist with day-to-day operations, including maintenance, security, and risk management.
Tenant Relations:
Act as a key point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Lease & Financial Support:
Help with lease administration, abstracting new leases, managing rent collection, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate property files, including records for HVAC systems, roofs, and other building components.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for services and repairs.
Communication:
Serve as the primary administrative support for the Property Manager, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
What You Bring: A minimum of
two years of experience
in commercial office building property management.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate, including AP/AR, marketing, and tenant relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software like MRI or Yardi is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Schedule: Salary:
$55,000 - $61,000, based on experience.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location:
Fully on-site in Dallas, TX.
