We are inviting applications for the position of IT Help Desk Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing essential technical support to our team. As the first line of defense in addressing employee queries regarding hardware, software, or network challenges, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and escalating more complex matters when necessary to senior IT staff members.
Your key responsibilities will include managing support requests that come in through phone calls, emails, or our dedicated ticketing systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues that arise with Windows and Mac operating systems, network connections, printers, Microsoft 365 applications, and a range of enterprise software. Effective documentation of the issues resolved and maintaining accurate records within the help desk system will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts, workstations, and mobile devices, working to ensure that all employees have the tools they need to succeed.
The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong capability in communication and problem-solving, along with a solid grounding in IT systems. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and previous work experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Salary/Compensation: $20,000 - $75,000 per year
