First Quality is seeking an End User Tech Support for First Quality Home Care Products, LLC located in Salt Lake City, UT. This position provides operational IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimum utilization of IT services. Responsibilities
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving level one issues in computer hardware and software in mainframe systems such as laptops and PCs. Installing and upgrading hardware and software and configuring hardware, software, and peripherals for end-user systems. Providing general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/re-imaging PCs and laptops. Providing one-on-one assistance to end users via phone, email, or in person. Resolving network-related issues such as LAN problems, network access, email, internet, dial-ins, etc. Coordinating with third-party service providers for timely repair under maintenance/warranty and repairing minor hardware flaws not covered under the same. Aiding in installation of peripherals (printers, scanners) and cabling systems (LAN cables, network interface cards, wired switches). Divisional, local, enterprise incident management support. Collaborating with Service Desk Lead, Divisional IT Leads, IS/FQ Businesses; serving as a liaison between systems personnel and end users. Assisting in change management, system implementation or training. Providing feedback on IT services and capabilities; responsible for customer satisfaction, service level objectives, and IT improvement plans. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required, or equivalent work experience. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to individuals not versed in technology. What We Offer
