Responsibilities for a Packaging Operator include but are not limited to:

Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Meet performance targets for packaging lines, executing assigned tasks as directed by Packaging Leadership. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment deviations, breakdowns, and process issues. Support preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities on packaging equipment. Assist with changeovers on packaging lines to meet production requirements. Candidates for Packaging Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment maintenance. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What's in this Packaging Operator position for you?

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
