Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Guide & Finance Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines front-end vehicle sales with back-end finance and insurance (F&I) responsibilities. You'll guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey - from selection to test drive to final financing - while providing honest, helpful, and knowledgeable support at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of KIA models, trims, features, and pricing
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM entries
Finance Duties:
Present and explain financing and leasing options clearly
Sell F&I products such as extended warranties, protection plans and insurance packages
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Prepare and review all documents for accuracy and completeness
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence with technology and dealership CRM tools
Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
A positive attitude and a desire to succeed
What We Offer:
Non-Commission pay plan. Base Salary + Bonuses based on volume and production. Earn $50,000 to $120,000+

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
