Starting salary pay: $70,000 The Manager oversees the Didlake Document Imaging operation and employees associated with this business line. Responsible for the management of production, customer relations, and quality control. Responsible for customer service, satisfaction, and fulfillment of customer needs. Responsibilities
Provide and role model the best in class customer service standards Communicate and update clients and internal departments on projects Respond to and resolve client or production-related issues Manage all scanning, photo scanning, and microfilm scanning projects to include final disposition via shredding Onboard new client implementations Ensure proper chain of custody of all documents/cartons entering the production environment - Inventory client files and create an Excel tracking sheet Manage, analyze, and review workflow processes Manage and enhance the quality assurance process for each service line Manage monthly scanning cost Create and update daily production reports ensuring all production projects are completed on time Maintain production equipment Oversee, manage, develop, and interact with the employees on a daily basis Set, track, and achieve daily scanning production goals for the scanning technicians Analyze weekly performance data Train new hires and update existing hires within the department Evaluate the technical skills and proficiency of the employees Follow and role model security protocols and standards Conduct monthly safety training with scanning technicians Work closely with Job Coaches and Workforce Support and Development teams to help employees with disabilities meet or exceed their employment goals Work with the Sales Business Manager on existing and new clients Meet with clients to discuss scanning project Send out Google Review requests Process and follow up on monthly billing Create purchase orders using Costpoint software Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED is required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Skills and Abilities: The Manager is expected to work cooperatively with his/her supervisor, and collaboratively staff employees, and consumers of service. Basic computer and database experience with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite isrequired. Familiar with how to scan using an HP Wide Format Scanner; Panasonic, Fuji, and Canon scanning equipment and perform daily and monthly maintenance. Knowledge of relevant Packing Standards in order to ship packages to our clients. Ability to maintain a proficient level of knowledge of Document Scanning operations and workflow; Document Scanning software (Kodak Capture Pro); Docuware software; Quantum Process software (Microfilm Processing); Adobe Acrobat Pro software; and PaperStream Capture; Familiar with Zoom and StarLeaf video conferencing software Ability to maintain a working knowledge of UPS WorldShip software and their shipping & logisticprocess. Ability to interact effectively and supportively with people with disabilities. Present a positive and professional image to the public, coworkers, and Didlake program participants. Ability to maintain positive customer satisfaction by meeting and resolving needs promptly. Ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as independently, set goals, prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines. Possess the ability to pass and hold a security clearance background check.
