Support
hardware, software, and networking
issues on Windows, Linux, and macOS. Troubleshoot network connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues. Manage accounts and permissions with
Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD . Resolve tickets using ITSM best practices. Manage enterprise tools and
MDM solutions
(Intune, JAMF, Workspace, Microsoft 365). Deliver clear, customer-focused support to both technical and non-technical users. Why Work With Us?

DoD Secret Clearance 2+ years of IT support
experience Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with
identity management systems and MDM
tools Preferred
Familiarity with SBIR technologies, Agile/DevSecOps environments, ability to document and present technical processes.
