contract-to-hire, on-site role
supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate is an Apple/macOS expert with strong
Windows OS knowledge , able to deliver seamless support in high-pressure executive environments. Flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours availability is required. Key Responsibilities
Provide
white-glove technical support
to senior executives. Manage and troubleshoot Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and Windows OS in hybrid environments. Configure and secure devices using MDM tools (e.g., JAMF, Intune). Support executive presentations and video conferencing (PowerPoint, Keynote, Zoom, Teams). Rapidly resolve technical issues with discretion and professionalism. Travel occasionally to support executives at key meetings or events. Qualifications
5+ years experience supporting senior executives in corporate settings. Advanced expertise with Apple/macOS and iOS platforms. Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. Proficiency with MDM platforms. Exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills. Flexible for travel and after-hours support. Experience in large corporate environments. Familiarity with enterprise AV and conference room technology. Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and urgency. Please note that the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
