Digital Content Specialist

The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for the hands-on creation and production of high-quality visual content, primarily photography and videography, for all digital and social media platforms. This role will be crucial in expanding our in-house content capabilities, ensuring a consistent brand presence, and supporting our overall digital and social media strategy. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit original photography and videography for social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. Attend property events, promotions, and campaigns to capture live content for immediate and future use. Develop compelling visual narratives that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives. Perform basic video and photo editing tasks, including color correction, cropping, resizing, and retouching, to enhance visual appeal. Ensure all created content maintains brand consistency and adheres to established brand guidelines across all platforms. Stay current with emerging trends in digital content creation, social media platforms, and visual storytelling, making recommendations for new content formats or approaches. Work closely with the Digital & Social Media Coordinator and other marketing team members to integrate visual content seamlessly into broader campaigns. Assist in maintaining an organized library of digital assets. Support the Senior Advertising Manager in furthering promotional and brand messaging across digital media. Performs all other duties as required. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in film, photography, digital media, or a related field, or an equivalent educational background, is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation, specifically photography and videography for marketing or social media. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations: Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in video editing, production, and photography. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing, Photoshop, and Lightroom for image editing in a Mac environment. Portfolio showcasing experience photography and videography skills, particularly for digital and social media platforms. Eye for visual composition, lighting, and storytelling. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Google Suite. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including weekends and holidays, as content capture may be required during events. Must be able to lift 40lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time; climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run. Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
