Assist the Project Team with monitoring and documentation of jobsite activities Under the direction of the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, compose, submit, and track RFI's Under the direction of the Project Manager assist with entire submittal process including review, submission, tracking, and closing out all project submittals Attends meetings and transcribes detailed meeting minutes clearly, precisely, and accurately. Have an understanding of the importance of accurate material and subcontractor invoice review and approval process Ability to generate and process an owner pay application with little to no oversight from the project manager prior to submitting package to PM for approval Have a general understanding of cost forecasting, with guidance from a PM, Sr.PM, or PX, and ability to produce WIP and budget reports Exhibit problem solving skills to overcome issues or obstacles that occur on a project Under the direction of the project manager assist with creating and maintaining a procurement log, including adding the require on job dates, lead times, and following up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure items are received on time according to the project schedule. Ability to develop a basic project schedule in P6. Ability to do project updates and other basic functions in P6 What's On Offer
