Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager | K-12/Municipal | Austin TX Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues proactively. Oversee documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting. Ensure compliance with public sector requirements, codes, and regulations.
