Job Title: Forklift Operator
Forklift Operator – Contract-to-Hire | Carol Stream, IL
Pay:
$23.47–$24.47/hr + OT |

Production Environment
Join a leading corrugated packaging company as a
Forklift Operator/Shipper
. You'll be responsible for transporting corrugated board using sit-down forklifts and conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Move finished/in-process loads to designated areas
Operate forklifts and powered conveyors
Tag and inspect loads
Maintain clean storage areas
Load trailers as needed
Requirements:
3+ months of sit-down forklift experience
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read and follow simple English instructions
Nice to Have:
Experience in corrugated, shipping/receiving, or material handling
Perks if Hired Permanently:
2 weeks PTO, holiday pay, merit raises every 6 months

Work Environment:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.47 - $24.47/hr.
