SYSTEMTEC is seeking a

Test Automation Engineer

for an hybrid / onsite opportunity in Columbia, SC. Primary focus is creating, and modifying test scripts in our agile Scrum environment using Selenium, Java for writing scripting in Selenium and performance monitoring tools such as TestRail, JIRA/Confluence, ALM.

Onsite - At least 3 days per week and as needed - Columbia, SC

Required Work Experience:

7 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or test matrices. Required Technologies:

Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Frameworks including hybrid, keyword, and data driven • JAVA programing language for writing scripts in Selenium • Knowledge of SQL queries • Eclipse IDE • Knowledge of Gradle/Maven for integration in test automation projects for maintaining external dependencies/libraries • GitHub Performance monitoring tools Identify, track, and manage bugs using TestRail, JIRA/Confluence, or ALMUnderstanding of AWS CloudWatch Synthetics REST/SOAP API testing, SQL, and test automation frameworks Nice To Have:

CI/CD & version control: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins • API Testing: Experience in automating API tests tools like Postman • Understanding of HTML, CSS. and Javascript • Selenium GRID

Responsibilities of the

Test Automation Engineer : Problem solving determining new solutions, creating, and modifying test scripts in our agile Scrum environment. Provide service for multiple clients. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities. Perform quality checks across various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed. Perform application testing analysis and lead activities that may include leading the development of test plans, cases, scenarios, and matrices, attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
