Job Description

Manage all phases of tenant improvement construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and satisfaction. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Resolve project-related issues and implement solutions to maintain project momentum. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations. Foster strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
