Job Description
Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects. Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards. Resolve project-related issues to maintain timelines and quality expectations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to promote collaboration. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager | Commercial TI should have:
A strong background in construction project management, with a focus on tenant improvements. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations What's on Offer
