LHH is working with a great firm who is seeking a

Intake Specialists

to join their team. This will be focused for the

Class Action & Employment Law Practice Group.

These roles are essential to the client engagement process and offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different availability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial client screenings and intake interviews

Review supporting documentation and assess case eligibility

Maintain accurate records and track client progress through the intake lifecycle

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth onboarding

Support a high-volume caseload focused on

class actions

and

employment/wage & hour cases

Qualifications

Prior experience in legal intake or client services preferred

Familiarity with class action and employment law cases is a strong plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Details:

Direct Hire

Salary: $41,600 - $52,000

Location: Houston, TX

Hybrid work schedule

Shifts Offered: :

Standard business hours

Evening shifts

Weekend coverage: Full-time candidates open to weekend and weekday shifts

Part-time candidates specifically available for weekends

$52,000 per year

and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
