ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative with Henry Nace Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Expert-level Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in West Chester and Philadelphia, PA. Our office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5 Tuesday, Thursday 8:30-7 Saturday 9:30-12:30. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a fourth generation State Farm agent. We currently have 16 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club
