Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
