Project Manager
to join their growing team.
Job Description
Lead and manage Light Industrial construction projects from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Resolve issues and manage change orders effectively. Report project status to senior leadership and clients. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably Light Industrial. Proven track record of managing projects valued at $5M-$30M. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
