We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Customer Care Agent - Modesto, CA

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Agent ensures customers and visitors' issues related to a variety of topics and overall customer experience are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving customers' and visitors' requests. The position may be involved in the use of diagnostic tools and escalation to the next level of support.

Responsibilities: Answer all incoming contacts to TSMC, create tracking tickets and resolve issues by ensuring each customer is provided with exceptional service Identify and evaluate calls that need escalation; obtain all pertinent information and assign appropriately Triage all emails and voice mails, gather needed information, create and assign tickets for resolution Continually work to gain a high level of product expertise through training and collaboration within the department Order, manage, and stock office supplies when necessary. Follow up on calls, and ensures satisfactory issue resolution Monitor and formulate responses to questions from social media outlets and communicate them to the Digital Marketing Manager for posting Troubleshoot technology issues with customers Follow all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Some of our competitive offerings include generous benefits packages (Health, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, 401K), tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities, vacation and personal holidays, and in-store purchase discounts.

Hiring pay range: $19.89 - 20.74

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) :

Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment Strong computer knowledge and internet navigation skills Ability to work with a sense of urgency and self-motivation Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through Basic understanding of Social Media Networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, and Instagram Knowledge of iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, and PC or Mac experience Ability to manage multiple applications running at the same time on multiple platforms Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Strong fact-finding skills Excellent organizational skills Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent Customer Service skills Fast and efficient typing and data entry skills Ability to operate a computer

Education:

High School or GED and/or equivalent experience/training
