Job Title:
Project Manager - Construction (Residential & Commercial Renovations) Location:
Long Island City, Queens, NY (Travel required throughout NYC and the five boroughs) Salary Range:
$90,000 - $130,000 annually Benefits:

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects for apartment complexes, townhouses, and various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across New York City and the surrounding boroughs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage renovation projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits across NYC and the five boroughs to monitor progress and address issues.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
Oversee quality control and final inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and commercial renovations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in NYC.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout NYC and the five boroughs.
Work Environment:
Office-based in Long Island City, Queens, with frequent travel to project sites.
