Type: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Shift: Full-time, Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $20 – $23 per hour

Essential Duties:

We are seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and able to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.

Essential duties include:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews

• Communicating with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate status

• Assisting with onboarding and documentation processes

• Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our systems

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients through excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior recruiting experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

Recruiters will work in a professional office environment in West Palm Beach. The role requires interacting with candidates, clients, and team members on a daily basis. Work is primarily office-based with occasional remote communication. A professional and courteous demeanor is essential.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred but not required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
